Plausible Analytics is built for privacy-conscious site owners. You get valuable and actionable stats to help you improve your efforts while your visitors keep having an enjoyable experience.
Plausible is simple analytics. It cuts through the noise and is easy to understand. On one page, you’ll get all the essential insights about your site traffic. There are no layers of menus, and there is no need to create custom reports, custom dashboards, or PowerPoint documents. You can even import data from other analytics sources.
Plausible is lightweight analytics. Your page weight will be cut down, your site will load faster and you will reduce your carbon footprint for a more sustainable web. For example, a site with 10,000 monthly visitors can save 4.5 kg of CO2 emissions per year by choosing Plausible.
Plausible is privacy-friendly analytics. The site measurement is completely anonymous. Cookies are not used and no personal data is collected. And no cross-site or cross-device tracking either. Your site data is not used for any other purposes. All visitor data is exclusively processed on servers owned and operated by European companies and it never leaves the EU.
Plausible is a good option for companies of all sizes, due to their granular traffic-based pricing tiers. Compared to other web analytics tools the features can be a little limited, but their focus on privacy makes up for that. Other features that make the tool stand out are the fact that you don’t need a cookie banner and that the tool is open-source.
We classified Plausible Analytics as Marketing Analytics. In addition, Plausible Analytics is proprietary software.

There is no way to know whether the same person visits a site from more than one device or visits another website. What do you like?
I recently started using Plausible for my website, and I am really impressed with the tool. It has a simple interface that is easy to use and doesn't slow down my site. The reports are clear, and they provide valuable insights into my website's traffic.
What do you dislike?
One downside is that it doesn’t offer as many features as some other analytics tools. For example, it doesn’t have any built-in conversion optimization features. But apart from that I love the tool.
