What is Enhanced Conversions? A short definition

1 minute reading time

Enhanced conversions is a Google Ads feature that improves the accuracy of your conversion tracking.

It works by combining your existing conversion tags with hashed customer data from your website.

This hashed data helps Google Ads connect ad clicks with user actions on your site, even if those actions happen on a different device or after a long period of time.

Enhanced conversions also respect user privacy by anonymizing the data before sending it to Google.
