1 minute reading time

A touchpoint is every moment a user interacts with your company, brand, or organization. The term touchpoint mainly comes up when going through the customer journey. A consumer/user can come into contact with your company in various ways. You can think of the following types of channels: a website, social media platforms, or cross-selling websites. In principle, touchpoints are exactly what the customer journey consists of. The customer journey is about the ways in which a customer comes to your company.
