What is Referral? A short definition.

1 minute reading time

This is offline word-of-mouth advertising through recommendations to family, friends, or acquaintances. Online referrals take place on the basis of marketing activities by a provider. By offering good products or services, service and relevance you provide leads through referrals.

In addition, through referral you can ensure that your existing customers bring in new leads. An example of this is when you offer a discount if a customer invites friends to use your service. The advantage of this is that these customers often approach people who fall into the same target group. Leads that come from referral marketing are generally more loyal than a normal customer. This is because they are brought to your service by similar people with similar interests.
