You can contact support either by live chat (9AM - 11PM EET) and email from Monday to Friday. Support is knowledgable and responsive through chat. Email can take longer and responses can be from different support staff.
Because Open Web Analytics is open source, all documentation is found on GitHub. Apart from the community, there are no support options available.
Cloudflare offers support for their main product via email, a ticketing system, an elaborate knowledge base and an online community
Swetrix offers online support in the chatbox on the website, via social-media (i.e. Twitter, Linkedin, Discord) and via Email.
