About JENTIS

JENTIS is a managed server-side tracking and tag management platform from JENTIS GmbH in Vienna, Austria. It is not hosted server-side Google Tag Manager. It runs its own platform, built around a patented “Twin Server” that mirrors the browser session on a server, where data is pseudonymized and enriched before it goes to analytics and ad tools. Connectors are built and maintained by JENTIS.

Tracking runs through your own first-party domain, set up with a JENTIS snippet and a DNS A-record. Other features include server-side cookie lifetime extension, Essential Mode (pseudonymized capture without consent), Synthetic Users (a modelled conversion feature on higher plans) and a Health Center that alerts you when tags fail.

There are three plans, Core, Professional and Enterprise. No prices are published, each plan has a “Get Price” button. Infrastructure is EU-hosted, and the Professional plan lists a choice of EU or US cloud.
