Hitsteps Analytics is a powerful real-time visitor management and live chat tool. It allows you to view your visitor’s streams and follow each visitor to learn more about every page they interact with. It allows you to engage with your visitors using a live chat tool. You’ll be provided with detailed information about each visitor such as geolocation, their first visit to your site, referer to your site, their browser, OS and device, and so on.

Advantages over other analytics tools include the ability to engage with visitors using a live chat tool, a heatmap for each page, carefully pre-generated and categorized reports, and real-time analytics on all reports.

Visitor aliasing enables cross-device tracking for registered users. What if a user clicks to your site on a PC, registers to your website, doesn’t make any purchase, comes back on another device, and completes a purchase? Most web analytics will tell you he is a new user. Hitsteps can detect if the same user logs in again, and merges the new session with the previous session creating a unique timeline.
